The British Islamic Medical Association helps to promote a better understanding and appreciation of the Islamic principles amongst health care professionals.

The COVID-19 pandemic has meant that the general public has had to have a crash course in difficult issues surrounding End of Life care and palliation. We are seeing how a lack of understanding can lead to anger, frustration and more heartbreak. BIMA has produced these really short videos so that we are more informed about these issues.

2️⃣ What is palliative care?

3️⃣ What are palliative care medications?

4️⃣ Practical advice for communicating with hospital staff

5️⃣ Dying at home
